EPD public hearing to modify Agri-Cycle's permit
I've learned from Clayon Dinn, a resident of Cedar Hollow, that the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is planning to hold a public hearing within a couple of months to obtain public comment on the operation of the Agri-Cycle facility in Talmo in connection with modifying their permit. I spoke with Dominique, the contact at EPD, and requested that he send me a copy of the hearing notice so that it can be include in this section of the Talmo website. However, I encourage everyone who has an interest in the Agri-Cycle operation and permit to call Dominique at 404-675-6000 to express your concern and learn details about the permit public hearing. Check back for the latest info on the upcoming hearing!
